Sweetgrass Quad Fly Rod 6' 2/2 #4/5For sale here is a Sweetgrass quad bamboo rod 6 feet long with two tips, one a lighter one for a 4 weight and the other tip a bit stronger for a 5 weight line. Used but in excellent condition. This rod has backbone!
Comes with a fine original Winston leather tube made by Jeff Walker who worked at Winston in the 80's
The step-down ferrules have retained an excellent fit and include an original ferrule plug
and the rod comes with letters attesting to the provenance
has a single goal: to produce the world’s best glass rods
The black and white (looks gold) silks on the winding check wraps and male ferrule wraps are classic Gillum
